Since 2021, Florian and Jérôme have revitalized this historic Muscadet estate with a focus on Melon de Bourgogne, meticulous vineyard work, and long lees aging — giving birth to wines that capture the raw beauty of the Gabbro soils of Gorges saline, vibrant, and full of life.

YOUNG TALENT & HISTORIC TERROIR

Since taking over in 2021, they have breathed new energy into this 16-hectare estate located in the heart of the Cru Gorges appellation.
They focus exclusively on Melon de Bourgogne — a close cousin of Chardonnay — and farm with low yields and eco-responsible practices to express the full character of the gabbro soils, minerality, and freshness typical of the region.

A PURE EXPRESSION OF CRU GORGES

With long lees aging, minimal intervention and precise vineyard work, the wines offer tension, salinity and elegance while gradually revealing menthol, citrus, smoky, and stony notes, with occasional hints of fresh zest. — ideal for fine dining, gastronomy and cellaring.
In blind tastings, their Cru Gorges can easily rival a Chablis Grand Cru — at a quarter of the price.
